Because of the Boone County Prosecutor the case of Missing Shannon Sherrill is at a stand still..The Prosecutor has had the case investigation by the Indiana State Police since Feb.2007..

Mja knows for a fact:There is over-whelming evidence that points to 1980's Child Serial Killer David E Penton as the one who abducted Shannon Sherrill..Some of that evidence has been in the Police file since the day Shannon disappeared..

The evidence we are talking about was never released to the public..This type of evidence an informant couldnt make up 17 years after the fact..The details could only have come from Pentons mouth..The details are chilling..

But yet the Prosecutor has failed to move forward..

Mja & Mike Sherrill met with the Boone County Prosecutor in October 2007..We were told then,a search had been conducted for Shannon Sherrills remains..But nothing was found..Mja asked when another search would take place the Prosecutor stated nothing has been planned..

Mja strongly feels more searches need to be done..There is Info that another location should be searched..

Mja would like the Prosecutor to decide if Penton is the one guilty of the crime or not..If its NOT Penton we can move on
with our investigation..

After all if it isnt Penton then its someone like him..Because Shannons disappearance has always been labled as a Stranger Abduction...If it is Penton then move forword with the case..The Prosecutor shouldnt keep a case like this in LIMBO..

Mja is still working strongly to do what ever we can to help bring this case to a close..
