Help sought to find missing woman

Ottawa police are asking the public for help in locating a missing 49-year-old woman. The family of Nicole D'Amico has not seen or heard from her since July 24. Family members are concerned about her safety because she suffers from an unspecified medical condition and it is out of her character to not contact anyone for several days. Ms. D'Amico is described as white, five-foot-seven, 115 pounds with a slim build and shoulder-length brown hair with blond highlights. The missing woman has tattoos on her shoulder blades and one on her lower back. She normally wears jeans and tank tops and carries a large black purse. Anyone with information about Ms. D'Amico is asked to contact police at 613-236-1222

Missing Ottawa woman found

OTTAWA - A woman who had been missing for the past six days has been located in good health. Ottawa police said Nicole D'Amico, 49, was located Wednesday night.
