Was this case reopened by the Montreal Police and if so, how long will it remain open?

Hi Aggie..nice for you to come here and be part of this group.
I'm Sharron's sister Doreen.
Sharrons case has never been closed.
Sharrons case was in the papers is 2004 when the pilice got a tip that she might have been held in a garage in Point st. Charles
in 1975.

(newspaper) 2004

Investigators seek traces of blood at garage

you can find the article here

"The three DNA samples that were taken from the garages at Fortune and Favard on July 28 2004 Proved NEGATIVE"

But Sharron's case is still "ACTIVE"

unfortuantly the DNA proved NEGATIVE..

here is sharrons website

www.sharronprior.com

hope to hear from you.

Thanks Doreen for the info. I didn't realize that it was the Longueuil Police who are in charge of Sharron's case. Do they work closely with Montreal and Quebec Police Depts?

Hi Aggie! yes they most certainly do. But information usually goes to Longueuil as that is where Sharron was found.. and if Sharron's case has anysimilarities from Montreal they will work together:)
