Appeal launched for missing woman

THE brother of a vulnerable woman who has been missing for a fortnight begged her to come home last night.

Mary MacLean, 43, has not been seen since she took her dog for a walk near her home in Milton of Campsie.

The ex-teacher suffers from diabetes and poor mobility. She is 5ft 5in and of slim build, with light brown hair.

The alarm was raised after her dog returned home alone.

Her brother George said yesterday: "I just want to let her know that we are really worried about her and we want her to come home."
