Now I have not completely searched this thread..which may make me sound a tad uneducated on this subject but I am going to go for it anyways, Shwa and I had coffee today and spoke about sharron about 90% of our time together.........My idea on this is that there was 2 perps.What I am thinking is that the man who assaulted the first lady was part of a "team" of 2 men who possibly grabbed sharron.......Really when you think about it there is no way that in a matter of 15 min that there were 2 maniacs in the same vacinity looking to commit crimes......Now Shwa 1/2 way agrees with my theory,I am thinking that there were 2 men there was a man in a get away car when that man grabbed that lady and attempted to rape her.Then when the 2nd suspectrealized that the first man did not folllow-thru with the abduction and or rape of that woman decided that he was not going to go home unsatisfied and either left the first suspect to fend for himself or picked him up and then grabbed sharron.....Maybe I am way off please remember that I am new at this forun stuff but I have had a passion for true crime and abductions since I was 8 yrs old and became very much involved in the michael dunahee case so please all bear with me.......thanks

Hello Gypsy and welcome It's great to have your view and I must say anything/everything is possible and the more imput we have the better we understand.

I have often thought about the odds of having a team of 2 perps in the area around the same time. Possibe...yes.

The only thing that makes me think differently is that the lady who was attacked (Cheryl Roy)....she was attacked by knife point and a knife was not used in Sharrons case.

Now there could have been 2 as you said and the first one that attacked Cheryl Roy was new at this and didn't continue. Partner number 2 could have continued..that is a theory too.. I am no expert ..just a thought ..

Also, it's my understanding that there was DNA found at the scene,
and feel the PD would have said if they found more then one person's DNA.
I have to say thou, some sorta weapon was probably used to control
Sharron in his vehicle while he was fleeing the neighborhood.

I would agree that something was used to get Sharron into the vehicle. I feel that she would not have went into the vehicle willingly . It wasn't a far distance where she was walking...she went to marinas often...maybe she went the same route?
The ONLY think we know it that she crossed the street from our door diaginonally.....to tell you the truth no-one saw if she turned left at the corner of favard and headed towards Ash street...we don't even know if she made it off the street... The thing is....NO ONE saw her...She didn't carry a purse.

BTW.....The weapon was this persons hands/fists............the articles...and reports say it all

I feel that Sharron did not go willingly. And wonder if she did go to
Wellington instead of her usual route / down Favard.
Being 16yrs.old she was going thru some changes, although she was still
very much a family person, caring for her siblings and enjoyed her home life, we all go thru are teenage years being a little rebelious.
Did she have a diary? Maybe she told only her closest girlfriend things
that she told no one else.
Something could have happened on Favard previously that she told no one about and decided to take the Wellington route for safety, it being a
busier street.
The only thing that would make me think that she was planning to go down Favard was that she originally planned to meet up with a friend on Ash,and it was her usual route.

My family and I have wondered about that theory as well...maybe she did go straight down congregation towards wellington..(since her gilrfriend had to stay to clean up her room)...BUT! we have asked a few GOOD friends..this question..They all say that they didn't think that Sharron would walk up to Wellington street...because of the fact that there was a"Poolroom..Billiard Hall just at the corner of Congregation and Wellington Street, and Sharron did not like going past there ALONE..

BUT it is POSSIBLE??? YES! I guess

Sharron did have a diary..and the detectives have a copy of it...They have never said anything too much about the diary. I guess they have read it and maybe questioned some people about certain names...

But there was nothing in her Diary to think that anything was bothering her.

The day/eveing that Sharron was to leave the house..She was with another friend Darlene (who Sharron didn't hang around at Marinas) She knew Darlene since they were small. Darlene was outside with Sharron just before Sharron left..Darlene asked sharron "Do you want me to walk to the corner with you"? Sharron said no it's OK. Darlene DID see Sharron cross the street...but she says that she can't say 100% if Sharron walked straight up Congregation street or turned onto Favard.
