Police have appealed for help in tracing a missing Grangemouth pensioner, last seen four days ago.
Lenid Watson, 70, known as Lenny, was last seen on Monday 15 December by neighbours as he entered his home.
Family and friends described his disappearance as out of character and urged anyone with information about his whereabouts to contact police.
Mr Watson is described as 5ft 7in tall, medium build with grey hair, a heavy beard, green eyes and a husky voice.
Central Scotland Police said that when last seen, he was wearing a deer stalker-type hat with three feathers, a light brown or beige jacket and velcro canvas style shoes.
Insp Davie Plain, who is based at Grangemouth, said: "The alarm was raised on Wednesday by concerned friends who saw him every day and were worried when he didn't met them.
"His family and friends are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare and need to know he is safe.
"This is totally out of character for him to go missing."
