The victim was discovered on May 18, 2005 in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada

Estimated age: 50-80 years old
Approximate Height and Weight: 5'9"-6'3".
Distinguishing Characteristics: Grey/White hair, longer than shoulder-length; beard.
Skeletal Findings: Amputation of the end of the fifth finger of the left hand; a lesion, likely a tumor of the face under the right eye; severe degenerative disease of the spine and moderate to severe degenerative disease of many of the appendicular (arms and legs) joints.
Clothing: Green, winter "Marks Work Wearhouse" jacket; black knitted and zippered sweater; blue trackpants; long-sleeved white shirt; long-sleeved black shirt; blue zippered vest.
Personal Effects: Sleeping bag; cardboard boxes; plastic bags; broken umbrellas; pails; blue hockey bag; tattered sleeping bag; plastic shopping bags; sticks; a broomstick that appeared to be part of a makeshift tent, were found in the same vicinty as the remains.
Dentals: The teeth exhibit dental work; loss of most of the anterior upper teeth and most of the posterior lower teeth; abscessing; alveolar resorption and calculus.

The victim was found on the bank of a reservoir off 7711 Pine Valley Road, north of Highway 7, in Vaughan, Ontario on May 18, 2005.
