Hi everyone,
First, I want to say to Dylan's family to never give up hope. This is a difficult time with the holidays coming up but remember that you are doing the right thing and hopefully you will find Dylan very soon.

I am sure you heard all of these questions before, but just in case they might be helpful (in no specific order...)

1. Did Dylan try to call anyone? Maybe someone came to pick him up?
2. Were there any video cameras in the area where he disappeared? Did the police check the camera on the highways?
3. I would speak with the roommates, friends and girlfriend again.
4. Does he have any email account?
5. Is it possible that Dylan went to work early? Is there any security camera at work?
6. Maybe he went to a 24-hours business? (McDonald, corner store, etc.) Were these places also check?
7. What was his usual mean of transportation? (Bus, train, hitchhiking)
8. When he moved to Edmonton, did he stop to visit a friend or relative on the way?
9. Was anything missing from his wallet?
10. Did he meet new people recently?
11. Is there any transaction about that time recorded at the local banks? (ATM)
12. Did he try to check in into a hotel nearby?

Of course, no need to answer... This is only for your review.

I wish you the best...

Sincerely,
Nathalie

Hi Nathalie - Good to hear from you again.
I'm sure, having been looking for your sister, you have done all these things yourself.
I'm sorry I haven't heard any new developments in Marilyn's case. Please keep us updated.
Merry Christmas to you and your family.

I agree the roomates, friends & girlfriend all need to be spoken to again.
Was someone Jealous of him? Ask the girlfriend. She will know if one of the roommates was jealous of him. Someone who did not mean to hurt him but did.

Family mounts Western Canada billboard campaign to help find son

A Saskatchewan family desperate for answers about their missing son is hoping thousands of dollars spent erecting billboards in four cities in Western Canada will generate tips.

Dylan Koshman, originally from Moose Jaw, vanished from his south Edmonton apartment on Oct. 11.

Koshman had been drinking and walked out the door after getting into an argument with a roommate, police said.

The 21-year-old hasn't been seen since.

"We're devastated by all this and we just want some answers," Koshman's mother Melanie Alix said in Moose Jaw Wednesday. "We just want to find Dylan."

The billboards feature a picture of the young man's face along with a number for Crime Stoppers.

"Thousands of people drive by these billboards a day," Alix said. "We want to get his face out there, and keep it out there until we get a tip or a lead."

Koshman's family has spent close to $3,000 for four billboards that have gone up in Edmonton, Calgary, Saskatoon and Winnipeg.

The Pattison Group provided the space for the billboards and the family paid the printing costs.

The Edmonton police's missing persons unit is handling Koshman's disappearance, but has no involvement in the billboard campaign.

"We're in favour of anything that's going to keep the public's attention on this," Edmonton police spokesperson Jeff Wuite said Wednesday.

"We're still actively investigating this file, and as we stated from the beginning, Dylan Koshman had contacts not only here in Edmonton, but elsewhere as well. So to cast that net as wide as we can, or as wide as the family has, is certainly a good thing."

Koshman had been in Edmonton for about six months before his disappearance and had been working for an oil-and-gas contracting company.

His family travelled to Edmonton in October to knock on doors and put up posters in hopes of generating some leads.

from above post " Koshman had been in Edmonton for about six months before his disappearance and had been working for an oil-and-gas contracting company. "

A PI needs to do background checks on ALL of the employees at the oil & gas contracting company.
He probably turned to an acquaintance there for help. He chose the wrong person to turn to perhaps?
Find out what bars these employees hang out at or frequent. that is where I feel the answer will be found!

Fundraiser to help search for missing Edmonton man
7:30PM
The family of a missing Edmonton man has not given up hope of finding him.

A fundraising hockey game was held in Moose Jaw on Saturday to help fund the search for Dylan Koshman.

The 21-year-old, who was raised in Moose Jaw, vanished from his Edmonton home last October.

He and the cousin he lived with had an argument but his mother, Melanie Alix, says that even though he was angry, it is out of character for him to be away this long.

His wallet was found in a neighbour's yard, hours after he was last seen.

Since then, police, family and friends have searched extensively for him and even erected billboards to draw attention to the case.(The Canadian Press, blb)

The one year anniversary has come and gone since the disappearance of Dylan Koshman.

He's the Moose Jaw man who went missing in Edmonton back on October 15th of last year.

Police say they haven't received many leads and the family has been in Edmonton numerous times conducting their own searches.

Dylan's mom, Melanie Alix, says while it's been a roller coaster ride of emotions, the family isn't giving up hope.

"Every so often somebody would come up and say something that they've seen him. Police would then go and investigate but come to a dead end. It's so disheartening....we're on this roller coaster ride."

Mealnie says its baffling they've haven't learned more on Dylan's disappearance.

"People just don't disappear off the face of the earth. We really thought somebody would have come forward, somebody would have seen him. It just doesn't make any sense to us."

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call police.
