Daisy, if I understand what you previously wrote, you would be willing to talk with members of Amy's or Mindi's families. Do you think other members of your family would be willing to do the same ?

For myself, yes. As for the rest of my family, I don't think they've reached a point where that would be possible or adviseable.

Well time can work wonders I'm sure...nobody thought 1 or 5 or 10 years ago things would end up where they are right now I bet.

Daisy...

I'm curious as to why it would be "adviseable" for other members of your family to communicate with Amy's or Mindi's family.

I said it wouldn't be advisable. I don't think they are any where near ready for that type of conversation emotionally. Maybe someday...

I hear ya. What I meant was that they are running on pure emotion right now, and need time to process things. My parents need to get to and through the trial first. My heart is telling me things I can't share with them right now. They are strong, but don't need the added burden of my thoughts. Make sense?

Daisy - I agree with Buttercup on this. My other question is, what are your thoughts?? You're not exactly defending Rich's alleged murder of Amy, but when you're asked a question like "Was Rich ever a firefighter" you give an evasive response like, "not that I know of".

Your posts don't lead me to believe that you think Rich is guilty (or potentially could be) of murdering Amy, even with all the evidence that has already been made public. Is this true? I know there's a difference between believing someone and supporting someone. You can support him even if he is guilty - I think many of us on here would do the same given your circumstances.

So ... if you DO think that there is a potential that he could be guilty, which most would at least accept at this point, I'm wondering when you came to this conclusion - what bit of evidence put you across the line? Just curious, as always. Thanks for your input.
